Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Personal care items, including but not limited to cosmetics and skincare products, cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons unless they are unopened and in their original condition.
